University Access Program

The Olin Center is pleased to announce its partnership with the following colleges and universities:

Bay State College

Berklee College of Music

Boston Architectural College

Bunker Hill Community College

Cambridge College

Nichols College

School of the Musuem of Fine Arts

University of Massachusetts Boston (UMASS) - undergraduate only

Olin Center students who successfully complete the highest level of English, can apply to the above schools without a TOEFL score.  These partner colleges and university offer conditional admission or concurrent enrollment to 1-year certificate, 2-year associate, 4-year bachelor, and Master programs in various fields. 

We also have close relationships with other institutions like Johnson & Wales University.  Please contact us for details.

Bay State College
Bay State College offers two-year Associate Degree programs in Business, Management, Accounting, Entertainment, Fashion, Physical Therapy and Travel and Hospitality. A four-year Bachelor Degree in Business is also available.

Bay State College is conveniently located on Commonwealth Ave, just blocks away from the Olin Center.

 

Berklee College of Music
Berklee is the world's largest independent music college and has more international undergraduate students than any other US college. Four-year degrees are offered in: Performance, Music Education, Jazz Composition, Music Production & Engineering, Film Scoring, Music Synthesis, Music Therapy, Music Business/Management Composition, Contemporary Writing & Production, Songwriting, and Professional Music.

Berklee College of Music is steps away from the Olin Center at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street.


Boston Architectural College (BAC)
The BAC is an independent, professional college located in Boston's Back Bay, offering bachelor's and master's degrees in both architecture and interior design. Through the Continuing Education department, the BAC also offers a variety of certificate programs in design-related fields, as well as courses and seminars of interest to both professional designers and the general public.  Olin Center students who chose to continue their American education at the BAC can enroll in Master degree programs in Architecture and Interior Design. 

BAC is located 4 blocks from the Olin Center on Boston's famous Newbury Street.



Bunker Hill Community College
Bunker Hill Community College offers more than 65 associate degree and certificate programs that prepare students for professional careers as well as transfers to four-year universities.  Students from over 90 countries have chosen the BHCC for its culturally diverse population, convenient locations and variety of course choices. 

BHCC has various campuses throughout urban and suburban Boston in Charlestown, Chelsea, Cambridge, Chinatown, Revere, Somerville and Boston’s South End. 


Cambridge College
At Cambridge College students can obtain a Diploma, Bachelor or Master of Management Studies Degree. Through the Olin Center Cambridge College Partnership Program, qualified Olin Center Students can enter Cambridge College's bachelor or master program without a TOEFL score. With permission from their advisor, qualified Olin Center students may even attend some classes at Cambridge College while completing their studies at the Olin Center.

Cambridge College is located between Harvard University and MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts.


Johnson and Wales University*

Johnson and Wales University currently welcomes international students from over 90 countries to their North American campuses.  Through Olin Center’s partnership with Johnson and Wales, international students can gain acceptance to these campus and pursue degree programs in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Technology.  With 47 different majors, four U.S. campus and degrees at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral level, Johnson and Wales has much to offer the international learner. 

Students from the Olin Center often chose to transfer to the Johnson and Wales campus in Providence, RI for its convenient location just an hour from Boston and Cape Cod and three hours from New York

*Johnson and Wales University has additional admission criteria for their programs.

Nichols College

 The Nichols College undergraduate degree programs are specifically designed to prepare students to become leaders in their fields. Nichols has 17 Undergraduate programs available to international students including: Management, Marketing, Finance, General Business, and History.  International undergraduate students also enjoy a generous scholarship program. Nichols also has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Organizational Leadership program available for international students.

International students will find a welcoming and safe environment located only an hour from Boston in the picturesque town of Dudley Massachusetts.

School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA)

The SMFA provides Olin Center students with a chance to study studio art, theatre, writing, and even art history in the heart of New England’s cultural center.  SMFA offers undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs in addition to programs leading to the Diploma, the Fifth Year Certificate, and the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate.  The SMFA is known for their close affiliation with Boston’s famous Museum of Fine Arts, (the 3rd largest fine arts museums in the United States) and the fact that they encourage young artists with extensive studio practice and an unusual amount of creative freedom in their coursework.

The SMFA is located a few stops away on the Green "E" line near Boston's Museum of Fine Arts.

University of Massachusetts Boston (UMASS)

UMASS Boston offers bachelor's degree programs in approximately 90 fields of study, including business, science, engineeering, education, art, psychology and many more.

UMASS is located on the Boston waterfront on the red subway line.
